In-Home Care
Abradel In-Home Care Solutions provides personalized “in-home care services”—customized to your needs. All in-home services begin with an initial assessment by our team. With this assessment and your primary health professional’s instructions (if required), we tailor a care plan to meet your specific individual needs emphasizing health and wellness within the context of your specific circumstances.

Our flexible home care services involve:
(1) companion care where the caregiver ensures the safety of you or your loved one, yet provides no direct physical care

(2) personal care where the caregiver assists with Activities of Daily Living, personal hygiene, nutritious meal planning and preparation, engaging social activities, transportation, and exercise

(3) skilled nursing care, occupational and physical therapy, and more

Short Visits:
(Less than 1 or 2 hours) Many clients who are recuperating from illness need short visits from our nurses or therapists one or more times each week.  In addition, In-Home Caregiver mini visits are available to help with any personal care or household tasks you may have.

Hourly Care:
You may need a caregiver to assist with bathing, personal grooming, household chores, or take you to the doctor. Our highly qualified caregivers provide these services and many more.

12-24 Hour Care:
If you need twenty-four hour in-home care, we'll staff 12 & 24 hour shifts in your home. To keep 12-24 hour in-home care affordable, we offer value packaged rates. We also provide live-in caregivers. We promise never to leave a 24-hour live-in client without staff during any scheduled shift. Plus, we offer free monthly nurse visits for 24-hour live-in

Wellness Enhancement
Our caregivers provide services that help you or your loved one delay further effects of aging, maintain a level of health and wellness, and remain in the home as long as possible. This is done in accordance with physician’s orders and instructions, and is reviewed with the physician prior to implementation. These include:

  • Light exercise program development
  • Diet
  • Medication reminders
  • Safety supervision
  • Cognitive stimulation
  • Mobility program

Maintaining Independence With the Help of Home Technology
Choosing to age in the home is a big decision: one that can directly affect your life and the lives of loved ones.  However, advancements in technology have made many needed transitions much more convenient and comfortable for aging in place than in the past.  There are numerous independence-enhancing elder-care products that you may want to consider for your family member. While we do not endorse any particular product, we do want to make you aware of them and recommend that you explore the degree to which they may be of use to you or your loved one.

For example, medication dispensers can remind you to take medicine at pre-set times and even dispense the correct dosages, allowing for peace of mind and continued independence.

For the times when a caregiver is not present, a Personal Emergency Response System may eliminate the anxiety of falling or having a medical emergency without anyone knowing.

Contact us today by phone, fax, email or mail.  Let us know how we may meet your needs.
